Only the most awesome puzzle ever! This is a simulation of the kind of puzzle seventies children like me played with on long vacation trips in the family Olds. We didn't have Gameboys and smartphones. These little gems were all plastic, virtually indestructible, used no power, and were guaranteed to separate the quietly morose from the truly psychopathic. To solve just arrange the tiles so that they are in numeric order from top left to bottom right. Click a tile next to an empty space to get started.

This version is implemented in a couple hundred lines of javascript, using jquery for some of the tricky parts. The solver is currently not implemented. If you'd like to download the project files you can get them here.
